Tour Itinerary:
Day 01 Arrival in Srinagar
Welcome to the Srinagar, The Lake City. It will be our pleasure to be your host on your honeymoon trip to Srinagar. With your arrival at Srinagar Airport begins your tour of 'Honeymoon in Kashmir'. We will take you to hotel / houseboat. After lunch you can enjoy a romantic 'shikara ride on the pristine waters of Dal Lake. You will stay overnight in the hotel / houseboat.
Day 02 In Srinagar | Day Excursion to Sonamarg – Srinager
Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold' Sonomarg. The fast flowing Sindh river makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (at your own expenses). You will return to the hotel / houseboat in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy a comfortable night.
Day 03 : Srinagar - Gulmarg
In the morning we will start for Gulmarg-the Meadow of Flowers, which is situated at an altitude of 2730 mts. above the sea level. It will take 2 hrs to reach Gulmarg, which is 60 kms far from Srinagar. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. You can also enjoy the view of Nanga Parbhat, if the weather permits. Explore Gulmarg. You can also enjoy a short trek upto Khilangmarg. The trek can be covered by Chair Lifts or Gondola (at your own expenses). Stay overnight in the hotel in Gulmarg.
Day 04 : Gulmarg - Pahalgam
You will leave Gulmarg after having early breakfast and drive to Pahalgam or the Valley of Shepherds via Srinagar. Drive through the eye-catching Saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins, an 1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman. Drive through the green pine forest and along the Lidder River. You will be transferred to the hotel. Enjoy the local sight seen in pahalgam, have dinner and stay overnight in the hotel at Pahalgam.
Day 05 : In Pahalgam
In the south-east of Srinagar situated at an altitude of 2130 mts. above sea level. It is Kashmir’s most popular resort surrounded by high mountains , dense forests, high mountain altitude lakes ; it also offers 9 hole golf course, Skiing, pony trails, Angling (rainbow & brown trout’s), horse ridding, trekking (both hard & soft) & various places of interest in & around like Aru valley, Lidderwat valley, Kolhai Glacier, Shesh Nag, Chandanwari (route to Amarnath ji Holy cave), Baisam & Mamil famous for 9th century old (Shiva Temple). This happens to be a preferred spot among domestic tourists. Stay in Pahalgam Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06 pahalgam Srinagar - Local Sightseeing
Today after having breakfast we drive to Srinager to visit the famous Mughal gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love). These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace. Both the gardens are built on a symmetrical plan of central waterways with fountains dividing a series of gardened terraces. Night halt at Hotel / houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 07 Return home with happy memories
After breakfast we will take you to Srinagar Airport to board your flight with memorable experience of Kashmir with us……..
